Prostone Type 140/70-13 100/90-19 Motorcycle Tires with Cross-Country Tread Pattern
1. Tire structure and stress distribution
The structural design of motorcycle tires has a significant impact on wear uniformity. The arrangement and tension distribution of the inner curtain layers of our tires have been carefully adjusted to ensure that the stress is evenly distributed across the entire tire surface during loading and driving. This can avoid excessive wear caused by local stress concentration. For example, in the shoulder and middle of the tire, by adjusting the angle and density of the curtain layer reasonably, the wear degree of these two key parts is ensured to be similar under different driving conditions.
2. Pattern design and wear balance
The design of the pattern also takes into account wear balance. The shape and arrangement of the pattern blocks make the wear rate of each pattern block basically consistent during driving. For example, a progressive wear pattern design is adopted, where the height and shape of the pattern blocks gradually change from the center to both sides of the tire. This design can make the wear of various parts of the tire more uniform under different driving postures, extending the overall service life of the tire and saving users the cost of replacing the tire.
